What is your processing time on orders?

our processing time for all orders is 7-14 business days. Business days are Monday- Friday, excluding any and ll national holidays.

We ship to the United States

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is dependent upon which method you choose at checkout. Please be aware that shipping times start once I release your package to the shipping carrier. Shipping times do NOT include our processing time.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will be emailed with a tracking number. If you cannot find it, please contact us.

Returns

do you offer returns / exchanges?

At Wearables from Watson, we want you to love your purchase! If you need to make an exchange, we’re happy to help under the following conditions:

**No Returns, Exchanges Only**
We do not accept returns, but you may exchange an item for another size or design.

Contact Us Please reach out to us within **14 days** of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

Item Condition

Items must be **unworn, unused**, and in **original condition** to be eligible for exchange. Once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll process your exchange and ship your new item.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the exchange is due to an error on our part, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
